Hey everyone,
I’m 34 years old, and I’m starting this log to document my current cycle and share my experience with you all. I’m hoping to get feedback from the community and continue learning as I go. Here are my stats and current cycle details:

Stats:
- Age: 34
- Height: 6'3" (190cm)
- Weight: 104.5 kg (fasted)
- Body Fat: Not exactly sure, but estimating around 16%
- Cycle Duration: 5 weeks remaining

Current Cycle Details:
- Test Enanthate: 1000mg/week (currently reducing to 750mg/week due to estrogen concerns)
- Masteron Enanthate: 600mg/week
- Aromasin: 12.5mg EOD (adjusting dosage as needed based on estrogen levels)

Supplements:
- Telmisartan 80mg
- 1000iu Vitamin D3
- 3000mg Fish Oil
- 600mg Magnesium

Cycle History:
I started my cycle with 500mg of Test E per week and a more casual approach to my diet and training. However, after not seeing the progress I expected, I realized I needed to get more serious about tracking macros and adjusting my diet.

Diet History & Adjustments:
When I first started, my meals were more basic, like spaghetti bolognese, chicken pasta, and chicken and rice. Fast forward to 14 weeks ago, and I decided to track my macros more seriously.

At that time, my weight was 114.8kg. Here’s the breakdown of my diet when I started focusing more on nutrition:
- Calories: 3050 kcal, with macros around 217g protein, 360g carbs, and 103g fats.

I’ve since dropped to around 2500 kcal, and I’ll include a sample of my current meals below:

Current Meal Plan:

- Meal 1: 100g wheat biscuits, 40g whey protein, 1 cup lite milk
*616 kcal | 42g protein | 86g carbs | 8.1g fat*

- Meal 2: 5 eggs, 4 wholemeal toast, 10g butter, 1 cup orange juice
*794 kcal | 43g protein | 88g carbs | 27.7g fat*

- Meal 3: 200g lean beef mince, 1 cup basmati rice, 15g sour cream, 40g salsa
*543 kcal | 50g protein | 50g carbs | 13g fat*

- Meal 4: 250g chicken breast, 1 cup basmati rice, 50g butter chicken sauce
*560 kcal | 65g protein | 60g carbs | 3.8g fat*

Previously, I had a 5th meal consisting of yogurt and muesli, but I’ve had to remove that meal as my weight loss slowed down. I’m now thinking of switching to egg whites with 2 whole eggs instead of 5 whole eggs per meal.

I also allow myself a reasonable cheat meal every second weekend. I don’t find my diet boring, and I believe balance is key.

Training:
I aim for 20-40 minutes of cardio daily (bike is my weapon of choice), depending on my work schedule, and I always do it after weight training. Here’s my current split:

- Day 1: Chest, Delts, Triceps
- Day 2: Legs
- Day 3: Back, Biceps
- Day 4: Chest, Triceps
- Day 5: Legs
- Day 6: Shoulders
- Day 7: Rest (sometimes, I train if I feel up for it)

I know my routine could be better structured, and I plan to start logging my progress more systematically.

Cycle Adjustments:
As I’ve been adjusting my cycle, I’ve increased my Test dosage up to 1000mg/week and experimented with different ratios of Test and Masteron. I’ve also realized that controlling estrogen levels is crucial. Initially, I didn’t realize how much my estrogen would fluctuate, but after bloodwork and some adjustments to my Aromasin dosage, I’ve been more conscious of keeping my levels balanced.

Conclusion:
I’m excited to be part of this community , and I’m hoping to gain valuable insights and feedback. It’s been a learning process, and I’m grateful for the support here. If you have any advice or similar experiences to share, please feel free to comment below. I’m always open to learning and improving my approach.

Thanks for following along!
