Testosterone, NPP, Primobolan + HGH Cycle Log

Hey everyone, first time posting a log here! I'm about to start a building phase and wanted to share my current cycle plan and progress. I'll be running a mix of oils for this cycle, so I thought it would be useful to document it and hopefully get some feedback and tips from you all.

Current Cycle:
- Testosterone Enanthate (Test E): 180mg per week (split into Monday/Thursday injections)
- Cycle plan:
- 600mg Test E
- 400mg Primobolan (Primo)
- 200mg NPP (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate)
- HGH: Starting at 4 IU/day and will gradually increase to 10 IU/day over a few weeks. I'll be checking my HGH and IGF-1 levels with blood work to ensure the HGH is legit.
- Insulin (Slin): I’m considering adding a small dose of Lantus on higher carb days and NovoRapid pre-workout on high carb days. This will be my first time using insulin, so I’ll start low and monitor how my body responds.

Ancillaries:
- Telmisartan: 40mg daily (for blood pressure support)
- Cialis: 5mg daily
- Aromasin: 12.5mg every other day (will adjust based on E2 levels)
- Injectable Carnitine: 600mg
- Finasteride: 1mg (for hair loss prevention)

Current Stats:
- Age: 26
- Height: 178 cm (5'10")
- Weight: 83kg (183lbs)
- Previous Build Phase: Hit 97kg before cutting to 87kg. Recently, I had some setbacks—travel, poor diet, and a brief illness led to some muscle loss and dehydration, dropping me down to 81kg.

Diet:
- High carb days: ~4000 kcal
- Medium carb days: ~3300 kcal
- No low carb days yet, as my weight is still dropping, and I'm monitoring it closely. I typically have 5 main meals per day, with some snacks in between. My diet is generally clean, but I keep it flexible enough to enjoy dinner with my partner, which may occasionally be less strict but still reasonably close to my macros and calories.

I’m using the Chronometer app to track everything, which I highly recommend over MyFitnessPal. It’s super easy to track both macros and micronutrients. I’ll post some screenshots soon to show what my food intake looks like.

Training:
- Frequency: 5 days a week (Push/Legs/Pull/Legs/Arms+Delts)
- Legs: Focusing on legs this phase, as they’re a weak point and I’ve been able to train them properly and pain-free for the first time in 3 years post-knee surgery. One leg day is quad-dominant, the other hamstring and glute-dominant.
- Periodization: I’m using a Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP) model, switching rep ranges across the week (Heavy: 6-8 reps, Medium: 10-12 reps, Light: 12-15+ reps). The goal is to increase the total weight moved each session.
- I also do core work a couple of times a week at the end of my sessions.

Cardio:
- Frequency: 4-5 times a week (30 minutes fast-paced walking post-training, sometimes 45 minutes on rest days). I also do abs and vacuum work while on the treadmill.

Monitoring:
- I’m tracking my weight daily, along with blood pressure, resting heart rate, and fasted blood glucose.
- Current Health Stats:
- Blood pressure: 120/63
- Resting heart rate: 72 bpm
- Fasted blood glucose: 86 mg/dL
