Testosterone + Orals PCT Cycle Log (With Supplementation & Peptides)

Hello everyone,

I’m starting a new log here and I’m open to any additional advice or insights from those with experience.

General Info
- Age: 45 years old
- Goal: Increase lean muscle mass and reduce body fat
- Start Weight: 69.5 kg (153 lbs)
- Current Weight: 74.5 kg (164 lbs)

Cycle Overview

This cycle is intended to increase my lean mass and strength while managing fat. Below is a breakdown of my cycle, including the supplements I’m using, the peptides for tendon health, and the PCT (Post-Cycle Therapy) plan.

Cycle Plan
- Week 1: 250 mg Test E per week
- Weeks 2-4: 250 mg Test E per week + 40 mg T-bol per day
- Weeks 5-7: 250 mg Test E per week + peptides (for tendonitis)
- Weeks 8-9: 250 mg Test E per week + 40 mg Anavar per day
- Weeks 10-12: 375 mg Test E per week + 40 mg T-bol per day
- Week 13: 500 mg Test E per week (split doses)

Peptides for Tendon Health (Elbow Tendonitis)
- Weeks 4-7:
- BPC-157: 2000 mcg/ml, 0.2 ml subcutaneously every second night
- TB500 (TB4): 3000 mcg/ml, 0.1 ml subcutaneously Mon-Fri
- Glutathione: 200 mg/ml, 0.2 ml daily (for liver health)

PCT (Post-Cycle Therapy)
- Clomid: 50/50/25/25 mg (4-week taper)
- Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20 mg (4-week taper)
- Aromasin: Adjust as needed (to manage estrogen levels)
- N2Guard (On hand for liver and overall support)
- I’m considering alternatives for N2Guard in Australia—any suggestions?

I plan to get bloodwork done 2 weeks after my last dose of Test E, then again at the 6-week mark to monitor recovery and overall health.

Current Supplementation
Here’s a list of my supplements, both on and off-cycle, for overall health, muscle support, and liver protection:

Daily Supplements:
- L-Lysine: 1000 mg
- Vitamin C: 500 mg
- Vitamin D: 1000 IU
- Terraflora Probiotic
- Ubiquinol (CoQ10): 150 mg
- ATP ZMAG (Zinc & Magnesium): 3 per day
- ATP Alpha Jupiter: 4 per day (testosterone booster)
- ATP Alpha Apex: 2 per day (improves androgen:estrogen ratio)
- ATP Ares: 3 per day (test booster)
- ATP Stress Adapt: 2 (morning, for cortisol balance)
- ATP Rest and Relax: 2 (before bed, for cortisol balance)
- BioCeuticals EPA/DHA: 4 per day
- Organic Milk Thistle (Tincture): 2 ml daily (for liver health)
- Organic Barberry Bark & Fennel Seed (Tincture): 5 ml 3x per day (liver support)
- GoodMix Greens + Aloe: Daily (spirulina, barley grass, chlorella, aloe)
- Chrysine Cream (10%): Daily (to support estrogen balance)

Pre-Workout:
- Creatine: 3 g
- Carnitine: 2 g
- Citrulline: 3 g
- NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine): 1 g
- Caffeine: 150 mg

Post-Workout:
- ATP Noway Collagen Protein: 20 g
- Glutamine: 3 g
- Maca Powder: 5 g


Training Routine
- Weights: 4-5 days per week
- Cardio: 1-2 days per week (5 km row, ~30 minutes)
- Rest: 1-2 days per week
- Sauna: 5 days per week (15-25 minutes)

Weekly Breakdown:
- Day 1: Upper body strength
- Day 2: Lower body strength
- Day 3: Conditioning (light cardio or HIIT)
- Day 4: Rest or light recovery (sauna, stretching)
- Day 5: Upper body strength
- Day 6: Lower body strength or dynamic lifts
- Day 7: Active recovery (light cardio or stretching)


Diet
I follow a high-protein diet to support muscle growth, aiming for about 2g of protein per kg of body weight. I don’t track carbs or fats meticulously, but I focus on clean eating with minimal processed foods. My meals mainly consist of:

- Meats (chicken, beef, pork)
- Vegetables and leafy greens
- Salads and fruits

Here’s a sample of my daily meals:

- Breakfast: 6 eggs, 400g jasmine rice, 8 oz whole milk, 30g cheddar cheese
- Lunch: 9 oz lean ground beef, 400g jasmine rice, 30g cheddar cheese
- Snack: Protein bar
- Dinner: 9 oz lean ground beef, 400g jasmine rice, 30g cheddar cheese
- Pre-bed: Oikos Greek yogurt

Current Thoughts & Questions
- PCT Options: I have my PCT plan outlined, but I'm still waiting on Clomid and Nolvadex to arrive. If anyone has experience with Australian PCT protocols, I’d love some advice.
- Supplements for Liver Health: I’m already taking several liver support supplements like milk thistle and glutathione, but I’m open to other recommendations—especially local options in Australia.
- Peptides for Recovery: I’ve added BPC-157 and TB500 for tendonitis, and I’m curious about other members’ experiences with these peptides for joint and tendon recovery.
