Hey everyone! I’m about to start my biggest blast yet, so I thought it would be a good idea to log the cycle for anyone interested in following along.
Cycle Overview:
- Cycle Duration: Approximately 16 weeks.
- Testosterone Enanthate: 300mg/week.
- Primobolan: 300mg/week, gradually increasing to 1350mg/week.
- Anadrol: 50mg/day for the first 8 weeks.
- HGH: Starting at 4 IU, working up to 8 IU/day.
- Insulin: Rapid insulin use.
This will be my first time moving away from a bro split to a Push-Pull-Legs (PPL) routine, and also my first time tracking calories properly. In the past, I’ve just focused on hitting my protein goals and eating intuitively. I’m flying home from work on Wednesday, so I’ll take all of my measurements that night and post them here in the log.
Diet Breakdown: - Rest Day: 2250 calories (200g protein / 200g carbs / 50g fat) - Training Day: 2710 calories (210g protein / 400g carbs / 30g fat) - High Carb Day: 3080 calories (220g protein / 550g carbs / 0g fat) Before starting this cycle, I’ve been cruising on 150mg of testosterone and 80mg of masteron per week.
Current Stats: - Weight: 95kg - Body Fat: Estimated between 12-15% Looking forward to sharing progress and learning from all of you.
