Testosterone & Winstrol Cycle Log – Starting My Weight Loss Journey

Hey everyone,

I’m 29 years old, 6 feet tall, and currently weighing in at 278 lbs. I’ve done 4 cycles in the past, including Test, Test/Deca, Test/Tren, and Test/Masteron, with the last cycle being almost two and a half years ago.

Cycle Plan:
For this cycle, I’m running the following:

- Test Blend (400mg/week):
- 175mg Test E
- 175mg Test C
- 50mg Test Prop
I’ll divide this into an injection every 3.5 days for a total of 10 weeks.
- Winstrol (25mg ED for weeks 1-2, 50mg ED for weeks 3-8):
Winstrol will help with fat loss and muscle definition during the cycle.

Background:
- I recently became a new dad, so my workout routine took a back seat over the past year. I only managed around 50 workouts during this time.
- Due to a combination of stress and poor diet, I gained weight, going from 220 lbs to 278 lbs, which is the heaviest I’ve ever been. About 15 lbs of this came in the last 2 months, but now that I’ve sorted out my stress and diet, I’m ready to get back on track.

Goal:
- My main goal is to drop down to 220 lbs within the next 3 months while maintaining or even building some muscle mass. I’m aiming for a clean fat loss cycle to shed weight but keep as much lean tissue as possible.

Diet Plan:
- I plan on starting with a calorie deficit of around 1000 calories per day to kickstart the fat loss during the first 2-3 weeks. After that, I will slightly increase my calories to support muscle retention and potential growth.
- Macronutrient breakdown: I'll be focusing on a higher protein intake (around 200g/day) and moderate carbs and fats to fuel workouts and daily activities.

Cardio Plan:
- I’m starting with 20 minutes of fasted cardio every morning and will gradually increase to two 20-minute cardio sessions per day as I progress.

Training:
- I’m back at the gym and currently trying to get a feel for where I’m at with my lifts after my time off. My current numbers are:
- Bench Press: 115 lbs, 4x8
- Shoulder Press: 35 lb dumbbells, 3x12
- Bicep Curls: 30 lb dumbbells, 4x12
- Deadlift: 135 lbs, 4x12

Current Thoughts:
I’m feeling motivated to get back on track with my fitness and physique, but I know this will be a challenging journey. With the support of this community, I’m hoping to stay focused and make consistent progress.
If anyone has any advice on how to approach the diet, training, or cycle setup, I’d really appreciate it! I’d also love to hear about any similar experiences, particularly when it comes to managing weight loss on gear or transitioning back into serious training after a break.
