Important Considerations:

Thanks for posting this! I'm really curious about Anavar but was hesitant due to all the mixed opinions. I’ve been lifting for 2 years now and my main goal is to cut fat and maintain muscle, so this might be a good option. Does anyone here have experience with the post-cycle therapy (PCT) specifically for women? I’ve heard it's not as critical, but I’d like to hear your thoughts. Also, did you notice much change in strength with Anavar or is it more for appearance?
 
I did a 10mg/day Anavar cycle for 10 weeks. For me, it helped with my fat loss and I was able to preserve muscle mass, especially around my abs. However, I did notice some mood swings and a little more oiliness in my hair. The biggest thing I noticed was a slight disruption in my cycle—it didn’t stop completely, but my period was irregular for a few months afterward. It was a little alarming, but it went back to normal after a few months. Just be prepared for that if you’re planning on using Anavar.
