I’m 29 years old, weighing in at 97kg (213.8 lbs for the American brothers!), with an estimated body fat of around 20%. I’ve been running testosterone enanthate (Test E) for the past 2 years without taking a break, and I don’t plan on coming off cycle anytime soon. My typical cruise dose is 250mg/week of Test E, with the occasional addition of compounds like Deca and NPP.
Cycle History
The highest I’ve gone so far is 300mg of Test E and 300mg of Deca for a 20-week cycle. During that time, I hit 103kg (227 lbs) and felt like an absolute beast in the gym. However, I did notice some sluggishness outside of the gym. On the plus side, aggression was high, my mood was stable, and my sex drive was through the roof—definitely some positive sides with Deca, especially when it comes to mood consistency.
Current Status
Right now, I’m eating at maintenance calories, around 4100 per day. I’m averaging 10,000 steps a day and holding steady at 97kg. My main goal for now is to maintain my muscle mass while preparing for my next blast.

I’m following a 4-day/week powerlifting program, with a focus on compound lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press). I have a coach to guide my training, so my programming is tailored to my goals.
Diet
I’ve had great success using the Carbon app for tracking my nutrition. Currently, I’m focusing on recomping—holding onto my muscle mass while fine-tuning my diet before I dive into my next blast. I’m eating 4100 calories daily, with macronutrient targets of:
- Protein: 209g
- Carbs: 510g
- Fats: 136g
- Fiber: 35g
I’m eating clean, focusing on whole foods, and keeping the junk food out of my diet to stay on track with my macros.
What’s Next?
I’m looking for some advice on how to structure my next blast. I’m considering adding Primo and maybe some Dianabol (DBol) to the stack, but I’m open to suggestions. I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with these compounds, as well as any thoughts on:
- Dosages
- Duration
- AI (Aromatase Inhibitor) use
- PCT (Post Cycle Therapy)
- Any other compounds or strategies that have worked for you.
