I’m 29 years old, weighing in at 97kg (213.8 lbs for the American brothers!), with an estimated body fat of around 20%. I’ve been running testosterone enanthate (Test E) for the past 2 years without taking a break, and I don’t plan on coming off cycle anytime soon. My typical cruise dose is 250mg/week of Test E, with the occasional addition of compounds like Deca and NPP.

Cycle History
The highest I’ve gone so far is 300mg of Test E and 300mg of Deca for a 20-week cycle. During that time, I hit 103kg (227 lbs) and felt like an absolute beast in the gym. However, I did notice some sluggishness outside of the gym. On the plus side, aggression was high, my mood was stable, and my sex drive was through the roof—definitely some positive sides with Deca, especially when it comes to mood consistency.

Current Status
Right now, I’m eating at maintenance calories, around 4100 per day. I’m averaging 10,000 steps a day and holding steady at 97kg. My main goal for now is to maintain my muscle mass while preparing for my next blast.

Training Cycle
I’m following a 4-day/week powerlifting program, with a focus on compound lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press). I have a coach to guide my training, so my programming is tailored to my goals.

Diet
I’ve had great success using the Carbon app for tracking my nutrition. Currently, I’m focusing on recomping—holding onto my muscle mass while fine-tuning my diet before I dive into my next blast. I’m eating 4100 calories daily, with macronutrient targets of:
- Protein: 209g
- Carbs: 510g
- Fats: 136g
- Fiber: 35g
I’m eating clean, focusing on whole foods, and keeping the junk food out of my diet to stay on track with my macros.

What’s Next?
I’m looking for some advice on how to structure my next blast. I’m considering adding Primo and maybe some Dianabol (DBol) to the stack, but I’m open to suggestions. I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with these compounds, as well as any thoughts on:
- Dosages
- Duration
- AI (Aromatase Inhibitor) use
- PCT (Post Cycle Therapy)
- Any other compounds or strategies that have worked for you.
 
Apologies for the long delay since February 18th. Work and personal matters pulled my attention away from the forum. However, training and nutrition were still on track, and I’m back now to share some progress and updates.

Current Progress:Despite the lack of updates, things have been progressing well. My training is still going strong, and I’ve managed to keep my weight stable at around 97kg (213.8 lbs). I’ve been hitting my protein and carb targets consistently and maintaining my calorie intake at 4100, which seems to be the sweet spot for keeping my muscle while not gaining too much fat.

Training Achievements:

  • Squat: Finally hit 200kg (440 lbs) for a double! It’s been a long grind, but that’s the heaviest I’ve gone in a while, and it felt solid.
  • Deadlift: Managed a PR at 220kg (485 lbs) for a single. My form is improving, and I feel stronger overall.
  • Bench Press: No big PRs, but I’m consistently hitting 140kg (308 lbs) for sets of 5, which is solid progress for me.
I’ve also been focusing a bit more on accessory movements to prevent injuries and work on imbalances, so my joints are feeling good. No major issues with recovery either, thanks to the supplements I’ve been taking.

Diet & Recomp Progress:I’ve been sticking to my clean diet, and the recomp is going well. My body fat is still hovering around 20%, but I’m seeing some noticeable muscle definition in places I didn’t before. I’ve incorporated some more conditioning into my training to help with fat loss while preserving muscle. The Carbon app has been a huge help in keeping track of everything, and I think the nutrition is dialed in perfectly for my current goals.

Plans Moving Forward:I'm planning to start my next blast soon. Based on my previous cycles, I think I’ll add Primo to the stack as originally planned, and I’m still considering Dianabol for a short-term boost. I’ll keep you all updated as I decide on the exact dosages and cycle length.

For the next few weeks, I’ll focus on optimizing my training and making sure I’m recovering well before diving into the next cycle. I'm still open to any suggestions on optimizing my approach or any tips others may have with Primo and DBol stacks.
